Property Tax Relief

The State of Missouri offers two property tax relief programs for senior citizens and disabled citizens who qualify. Eligible taxpayers can only receive benefits from one program in any year; you cannot qualify for both in the same year. These programs are not administered by the local county assessor; they are administered by the Missouri Department of Revenue. Please research both programs through the Missouri Department of Revenue to determine which is most advantageous to your situation.
